The platform applies enterprise risk-management logic to environmental data validation, delivering the untamperable, field-verified evidence required by global brands to support voluntary material recovery claims, enhance ESG disclosures, and mount an empirical defence against inaccurate regional brand-attribution audits

Expertise: Enterprise Asset Management, Vulnerability Architecture & Regulatory Compliance

Wayne is a solo founder with a 26-year career leading enterprise-scale IT infrastructure asset management, data validation, and cybersecurity vulnerability management programs across world-class engineering, energy, and corporate groups.

He served as the Vulnerability Manager at PepsiCo Europe (2017–2022), where he directed international remediation operations alongside tier-1 global consultancies, audited internal Sarbanes-Oxley (SOx) IT compliance frameworks, and successfully managed corporate Risk Register maintenance frameworks. During his tenure, he engineered workflows that reduced the organization's global vulnerability debt from 2 million down to 180,000 critical exposures, exceeding corporate Security Health index benchmarks by 300%. His insider understanding of PepsiCo's internal data ingestion environments and supply chain structures directly informed the design of NAIture CleAR.

His extensive enterprise background also includes serving as an IT Security Analyst within the McLaren Group, managing core network compliance alongside the BAE Systems SOC, as well as orchestrating perimeter exposure architectures for Kantar and EDF Energy. Wayne is the sole author and inventor of the platform’s foundational, patent-pending dual-role architecture (UK Patent Application: GB2518565.3).

Operational Roadmap & Subcontracting Framework

NAIture CleAR operates as a lean, capital-efficient software entity. The development roadmap is structured around flexible milestones to progress our functional computer vision prototypes from TRL 4 to a production-ready corporate dashboard.

• Public Sector Inbound Pipelines: Industrial R&D scaling is positioned under active evaluation with Innovate UK's Frontier AI Discovery track (Project ID: 10202347) to fund upcoming localised field trials in Surrey Heath.

• Engineering Execution: Future development blocks, including advanced neural network model compression and low-latency edge-rendering for wearable architectures, are structured to be executed via pre-vetted machine learning subcontractors and regional engineering clusters post-funding.
