The Philosophy: Vulnerability Management for the Planet
With a professional 10-year background in Vulnerability Management, Wayne recognised a startling parallel between cybersecurity and environmental neglect. In the tech world, 'Vulnerability Debt' refers to the accumulation of unaddressed security risks that eventually lead to system failure.
Wayne founded NAIture CleAR to address Environmental Vulnerability Debt. Currently, global brands have millions of 'unpatched' physical assets (waste) accumulating in rural spaces. Our platform applies the rigour of cyber-risk management to the physical world, using AI to scan, geolocate, and 'patch' environmental debt by incentivising its removal. This isn't just a cleanup tool; it is a risk-mitigation ecosystem for the circular economy.
Wayne is the lead architect of the NAIture CleAR product roadmap. He is currently overseeing the transition from generative prototypes to a full-scale Google Cloud integration.
Intellectual Property: Lead inventor for the UK Patent Application GB2518565.3, protecting the proprietary method for wearable-integrated environmental detection.
Infrastructure Lead: Directly manages the strategic partnership with Base44, ensuring the NAIture CleAR backend is built for global scale and millisecond latency.
While currently founder-led, NAIture CleAR is built for expansion. Following our migration to Vertex AI, our 2026 hiring roadmap includes:
Head of AI Vision: To lead brand-recognition model training.
Community Growth Lead: To manage our global network of 'Detectors' and 'Collectors.'
